Lisa Tafolla offers individual coaching for women that are becoming more aware that patriarchal norms harm women both personally and collectively. Our well-being and freedoms are at stake. The Woman Informed approach considers how cultural norms and standards, roles, expectations, our upbringing and family systems, socialization, friendships and relationships have created our sense of self, personality and way of being in the world.
Women come to me to reclaim their ability for authentic sense of self, ability to confidently use their voice, boundaries, self-compassion and to create healthy relationships. As a result, they honor their intrinsic value, and become part of part of the solution supporting women’s solidarity and freedoms.
